Why a Downloaded Video Has No Audio
Silent downloads usually come from selecting a video-only stream or playing a codec the device cannot decode. The original post may also be silent.
Adaptive streaming separates video and audio
Platforms often store one audio stream alongside several video resolutions. A raw high-resolution video stream can therefore contain no audio track at all.
Choose a Video + Audio option
Lynvado labels media type before preparation. When a format requires a merge, the worker downloads the selected video and a compatible audio stream, combines them, and validates the final file.
Check the player and codecs
A file can contain audio that a particular app cannot decode. Try a current browser or media player. For the widest compatibility, prefer MP4 with H.264/AAC when the source offers it.
When no audio exists
The uploader may have posted a silent clip, the public source response may omit audio, or access restrictions may hide the compatible track. Lynvado cannot create missing source audio.
