How to Download a Video in Safari
Safari saves the final prepared file through its normal download manager; Lynvado never needs access to your Photos or Files library.
Use a compatible source format
Paste a supported public URL and compare its formats. MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio usually has the broadest native support across Safari and Apple media apps.
Find Safari downloads
- On Mac, choose View Downloads or check the Downloads folder in Finder.
- On iPhone or iPad, tap Safari’s download arrow and open the file in Files.
- Safari’s download location can be changed in browser settings.
If Safari opens instead of saves
Use the browser’s Share or download control to save the media. The exact choice varies by macOS or iOS version and by whether Safari can preview the format.
If the link expired
Prepared files are temporary and their signed storage links are shorter lived. Return to the original Lynvado job while it is ready, or analyze the public source URL again.
