How to Download a Video on iPhone or iPad
Modern iPhone and iPad versions save web downloads through Safari’s download manager and the Files app.
Prepare the video in Safari
Copy the public video link, open Lynvado, paste the URL, and choose an available format. MP4 with H.264/AAC is usually the most compatible choice for Apple devices.
Find the downloaded file
- Tap the Safari download arrow near the address bar.
- Choose Downloads, or open the Files app.
- Look in iCloud Drive/Downloads or On My iPhone/Downloads, depending on Safari settings.
Move a compatible video to Photos
Open the file in Files, tap Share, and choose Save Video when iOS recognizes the format. If Save Video is absent, keep it in Files or use a player that supports its codec.
If the download does not start
Disable content blockers for the page temporarily, keep the tab open while the file is prepared, and retry before the temporary link expires. Private or login-only source links will not work.
